1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website operated by Tanta Holdings LLC, including tantaholdings.com, academy.tantaglobal.com, tantaglobal.com, and tantavisapathways.com (collectively, the “Sites”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using these Sites. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

2. About Tanta Holdings and Its Companies

Tanta Holdings LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company that operates four subsidiary brands: Tanta Solutions (consulting), Tanta Global Academy (training), Tanta Global Assist (talent placement), and Tanta Visa Pathways (immigration navigation). These Terms apply to all Sites and services operated under the Tanta Holdings umbrella unless a specific company has published its own separate terms.

3. Services Description

Services provided across the Tanta Holdings system include:

• AI enablement and instructional design consulting (Tanta Solutions)
• Virtual assistant training and certification (Tanta Global Academy)
• Matching US businesses with TGA-certified virtual assistants (Tanta Global Assist)
• Visa pathway navigation, documentation support, and sponsor referrals (Tanta Visa Pathways)
• Digital products, templates, and professional development resources

You agree to use these Sites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use any Site to transmit material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on these Sites - including text, graphics, logos, course materials, templates, training content, scripts, and automation tools - is the property of Tanta Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Digital Products and Purchases

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not issued after download or access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, contact us at info@tanta-holdings.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

Exam purchases through Tanta Global Academy grant access for a defined number of attempts as stated at time of purchase. Unused attempts do not roll over or carry a right to refund.

6. Consulting and Service Agreements

Consulting engagements, VA placement services, and any Tanta Visa Pathways navigation services are provided under separate written service agreements. The terms of those engagements - including scope, payment, and termination - are governed by the applicable agreement, not these Terms of Service.

7. Immigration and Visa Services - Important Limitation

Tanta Visa Pathways provides immigration navigation services - document preparation guidance, timeline education, and sponsor referrals. Tanta Holdings LLC is not a law firm. We are not licensed immigration attorneys or consultants. Nothing on any Tanta Holdings Site constitutes legal advice. We are not currently a State Department-designated J-1 Exchange Visitor Program sponsor. For legal representation, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Sites and their content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Tanta Holdings LLC does not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free. Results described on these Sites represent outcomes from specific engagements and are not guaranteed for all clients or candidates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanta Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of these Sites or their services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Third-Party Links

These Sites may contain links to third-party websites including Stripe, Supabase, Calendly, Gumroad, Brevo, and others. These links are provided for convenience only. Tanta Holdings LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of any Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
