The founder of Tanta Holdings is a US veteran and instructional design professional. His wife Janice went through the J-1 visa process firsthand as a Filipino professional - not as a consultant giving advice about a system she read about, but as someone navigating it.
That lived experience is why Tanta exists. The gap between global talent and US opportunity is real, and the systems that are supposed to bridge it - training, placement, visa navigation - are fragmented. Tanta Holdings builds the connective tissue between all of them.
