Tanta Global Assist rebuilt its intake and matching process. Better candidate profiles, better employer briefs, faster placements.
The first version of the Assist matching process worked. The new version works better.
We rebuilt intake on both sides. Candidates now go through a structured profile process that captures not just skills and availability, but working style, communication preferences, and the specific US market segments they are best suited for. Employers submit structured briefs instead of open-ended requests, which means less back-and-forth before the first introduction.
The result is faster placements and fewer mismatches. When both sides of a match are well-described, the fit is easier to evaluate. That is not a complicated idea — it just took time to build the right intake infrastructure to support it.
If you are a US employer who has worked with Assist before and found the process slow or imprecise, this is the version worth trying. Reach out directly through tantaglobal.com.

TGA is moving off its current setup onto a purpose-built platform. What changes, what stays the same, and why it matters for students and employers.
Tanta Global Academy is moving to a new platform — and this one was built specifically for how we teach, not adapted from a general-purpose tool.
The change matters for a few reasons. Students who are working toward certification while holding down a full-time job need flexibility in how they access content. The new setup delivers that. Progress tracking, checkpoint assessments, and certification issuance are all integrated in a way they were not before.
For US employers working with Tanta Global Assist, the downstream effect is a more consistent graduate. The platform enforces the curriculum sequence properly, which means every certified VA has moved through the same checkpoints in the same order.
The migration is underway now. Existing students are being moved over with full credit for work completed. If you are a current TGA student and have not received a transition notice, check your registered email.

TGA: the platform migration is in progress. Students are being moved over and the new setup is running. The specialization tracks are in development alongside the core VA101 curriculum.
Assist: the new intake system is live on both sides. Candidate profiles are stronger, employer briefs are tighter, and early match quality has improved. If you have been sitting on a hiring decision, now is a good time to reach out.
Solutions: consulting conversations are converting. AI adoption and instructional design work is moving forward with enterprise L&D clients. If your organization is in this space, contact is open at tantaholdings.com.

Tanta Solutions is moving into active enterprise engagements. What the consulting pipeline looks like right now and how it connects to the rest of the system.
The consulting side of Tanta Holdings is active in a way it has not been before.
Tanta Solutions is in conversations with enterprise L&D teams around AI adoption planning and instructional design. The work is substantive — not surface-level AI awareness training, but actual workflow integration, tooling decisions, and building the internal capacity to sustain AI-enabled learning operations without outside help indefinitely.
This matters for the broader system because consulting revenue is what funds everything else. When Tanta Solutions is running well, TGA can build more curriculum, Assist can support more candidates, and TVP can develop better resources. The companies are connected.
If you work in L&D or know someone navigating an AI rollout, Tanta Solutions is taking inquiries. The best starting point is the contact page at tantaholdings.com.

A look back at the first six months of Tanta Holdings — and what all four companies are building toward in 2026.
Six months in. Four companies operating. The foundation is built.
TGA graduated its first certified cohorts and placed them with US employers. Assist completed its first full placement cycles. TVP started developing real infrastructure. Tanta Solutions landed enterprise engagements. The hub site launched. The first book shipped.
2026 is about extending what works. TGA moves to a custom platform. Assist rebuilds intake for better match quality. Solutions builds toward government and enterprise. TVP develops the applicant portal into something genuinely useful.
If you have been along for this first chapter, thank you. There is a lot more coming.

tantaholdings.com has been rebuilt. Not just redesigned — rethought.
The site is now the central hub for the entire Tanta ecosystem. The blog, the video library, the shop, and this newsletter all live here. The four company sites are still where they are — but if you want to understand what Tanta Holdings does and explore everything we have built, this is the starting point.
We also consolidated our content here — articles on VA hiring, remote work, immigration guidance, and instructional design. If you have questions about any of these topics, there is a good chance we have written about it.

In between everything else, there are books being written.
The Standard Series is a collection of practical guides for instructional designers, business operators, and global professionals. The topics: documentation, AI enablement, delegation, onboarding, and the professional standards that separate average work from excellent work.
The first title — The Documentation Standard — is out now on Amazon. It is a focused guide to treating documentation as a professional differentiator, not an afterthought. If you work in L&D or manage a team, it is worth a read.
More titles are in production. They will be available through the Tanta Holdings shop when they are ready.

A new curriculum track is in development for immigrants navigating their first weeks in the United States — written from lived experience.
Getting a visa approved is one milestone. Landing in the US and navigating the first 30 days is a completely different challenge — and there is almost no good content for it.
We are building a resource specifically for Filipino immigrants arriving in the US. Everyday English for real situations. How US systems work — credit, healthcare, banking, IDs. What to expect at the port of entry and in the weeks after. Cultural and professional norms that nobody explains but everyone expects you to know.
This curriculum was written by someone who went through it. Not researched from the outside — lived from the inside. That distinction matters.
More details on availability coming in a future issue.

Why Tanta Holdings is building a serious content presence — blog, video, newsletter — and what that means for the broader mission.
We spent a long time building product and not enough time building audience. That was a mistake worth correcting.
Content is not a marketing add-on for us. It is a core part of the mission. If we want to help global professionals find US opportunity, they need to find us first. If we want US businesses to trust certified international talent, they need to understand why certification matters. Content is how that happens.
We have been building out the blog, the video library, and this newsletter in parallel. The goal is a body of work that is genuinely useful — not SEO filler, not repurposed press releases. Real guidance for real people navigating real situations.
If there is a topic you want us to cover — VA hiring, remote work, immigration basics, instructional design — reply to this email and tell us.

Tanta Global Academy is growing beyond VA Readiness into specialized tracks for client relations, marketing, sales, HR, and AI tools.
VA101 is the foundation. It is not the ceiling.
Tanta Global Academy is building out specialized tracks for VAs who want to go deeper in a specific area — client relations, marketing support, sales support, HR coordination, and working with AI tools. Each track is built to the same standard as the core certification.
Why specializations? Because a generalist VA and a specialist VA are competing for different clients at different rates. The market for 'I do admin' is crowded. The market for 'I manage client relationships and I have the training to prove it' is not.
These tracks are in development now. TGA students will be the first to know when they are ready.

Behind the scenes: how Tanta Holdings manages multiple companies, content, and product pipelines without a large team.
Running four companies without a large team requires systems. This issue is about what we have built on the operations side — at a high level, without getting into the weeds.
Content, curriculum, and product development now run on a structured pipeline. Things get built, reviewed, and shipped on a consistent cadence. The randomness of early-stage building has been replaced with something more reliable.
Social content goes out regularly across platforms without requiring daily attention. The blog, the video library, and the newsletter are all feeding the same audience from different angles.
The point of all this is not efficiency for its own sake. It is so we can stay focused on the work that actually matters — building better training, placing more candidates, and serving clients well.

The first Tanta Global Assist placements went through. What we learned about what clients actually look for — and what makes a VA stand out.
The first certified TGA graduates have been placed with US clients through Tanta Global Assist. Early days — but enough to know what is working.
The biggest thing we learned: certification matters to clients in a way we expected, but for a reason we did not fully anticipate. It is not just a credential. It is a signal that someone else already did the evaluation work. Clients move faster when that trust is already established.
The VAs who got placed quickest were not necessarily the most experienced. They were the clearest about what they offered, who they served, and what they charged. Clarity is a competitive advantage in this market.
We are improving the matching process on both sides — better intake for candidates, better briefing for employers. More to share as it develops.

TVP is moving beyond a brochure. A proper applicant portal is in development — assessment, case tracking, and document management.
Tanta Visa Pathways has been doing the work with a website that was never built for it. That is changing.
We are building a real platform for TVP — an applicant portal where people can get assessed for their visa path, track their case, and manage their documents in one place. The goal is to give applicants clarity early and reduce the back-and-forth that makes the process feel harder than it needs to be.
TVP is not a law firm and will never claim to be. What we provide is navigation — honest information, structured guidance, and a referral to the right attorney when the situation calls for it. The platform makes that process more organized for everyone.
If you or someone you know is exploring a US visa pathway, keep an eye on TVP. More coming soon.

Tanta Global Academy is live. The VA Readiness Certification — five domains, real credentials, free to start.
The foundational eLearning is free with no card required, because the barrier for most global professionals is not money. It is not knowing if something is worth the investment. Free access removes that question. Certification exams are priced to stay accessible — a few dollars each — once you decide the training was worth it.
The content was built by instructional designers to real US market standards — not a recycled course from someone who has never hired a VA. Every lesson connects directly to what US clients actually expect.
If you are a Filipino professional looking to work with US clients, this is the place to start. If you are a US business owner looking for pre-trained talent, this is where they come from.

Welcome to issue one. If you found this, you are early — and that matters.
Tanta Holdings is a holding company built around one problem: the gap between global talent and US opportunity. Not a skills gap. The people we work with are qualified. The gap is structural — and we are building the systems to close it.
Four companies, four legs of the same journey. Training, placement, consulting, and immigration navigation. Each one works on its own. Together, they form a pipeline that takes someone from anywhere in the world to a US-standard career.
We are building in public. When something ships, you will hear about it here first. That is the deal.
