The Assist matching process got a serious upgrade.
This issue
Tanta Global Assist rebuilt its intake and matching process. Better candidate profiles, better employer briefs, faster placements.
The first version of the Assist matching process worked. The new version works better.
We rebuilt intake on both sides. Candidates now go through a structured profile process that captures not just skills and availability, but working style, communication preferences, and the specific US market segments they are best suited for. Employers submit structured briefs instead of open-ended requests, which means less back-and-forth before the first introduction.
The result is faster placements and fewer mismatches. When both sides of a match are well-described, the fit is easier to evaluate. That is not a complicated idea — it just took time to build the right intake infrastructure to support it.
If you are a US employer who has worked with Assist before and found the process slow or imprecise, this is the version worth trying. Reach out directly through tantaglobal.com.
